Padova is one of the classiest cities I’ve seen so far. Everything about it is exquisite and one can’t help but feel special. The city’s streets are filled with young Italian men and women, students in most parts as Padova is one of the biggest and oldest university centers in Europe. Every single corner is perfect. I believe you can’t take a bad picture in Padova. It’s simply impossible.
I saw the Palazzo della Ragione,
the famous Prato della Vale
and two amazing cathedrals: Sant’ Antonio
and Santa Giustina. It’s more than you can imagine and the architecture is simply stunning! We ate a frugal lunch in the city center and we enjoyed some light white Italian wine. The smell, the taste, the feel of the city is incredible and there’s a lot to see. You just can’t fit Padova in a day.
I wish I had gone there to the university, because those universities are unlike any other. But I’m not old yet. Maybe I’ll take up another master’s degree and go to Padova, because I’m so in love with the feeling that this city gives me…
Oh, and there are most of the most expensive and fashionable shops there: Hermes, Dolce & Gabana, Dior, Armani, Louis Vouiton, etc. etc. etc. If you just stare at the clothes and ignore the price tags, you’ll get out of there unharmed. It’s a bit of a fashion jungle, somewhat like Milan.
You should go to Padova. It’s simply stunning!
